When emotions are noticed early, they become manageable. The assistant offers short reflections, mood check-ins, and gratitude exercises that lift spirits without judgment.
Our approach
We create simple voice or text prompts to express feelings safely. Relaxation audio and positive reinforcement make reflection part of routine care, not a burden.
Safety first
We never provide therapy or crisis counselling. If sadness deepens or thoughts of harm appear, contact your doctor or local helpline immediately. Our aim is companionship and early support.
