Step 1 : Getting Ready
* Before we begin, make sure your device is turned on and connected to the internet. If you need help, ask a family member or caregiver to assist you.

Step 2 : Accessing ElderCar
* To start, locate the ElderCare app on your device. It may be on your home screen or in your apps list. Tap the icon to open the app.

Step 3 : Logging In
* You will see a screen asking for your login information. Enter your username and password. If you are unsure, you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to get help. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask a family member or caregiver.

Step 4 : Navigating the Home Screen
* Once you are logged in, you will see the home screen with large, easy-to-read buttons. The two main options are ‘Voice Call’ and ‘Video Call’. Simply tap on the one you’d like to use.

Step 5 : Making a Call
* To make a voice call, tap ‘Voice Call’ and choose a contact from your list you want to talk to.
* Your chosen contact will receive a notification, and once they answer, you will be connected. You will see their face and hear their voice if you chose a video call. If it’s a voice call, you will only hear their voice.

Step 6 : During the Call
* You can adjust the volume using the buttons on your device. If you wish to end the call, simply tap the red ‘End Call’ button.

Step 7 : Troubleshooting
* If you experience any issues, look for the ‘Help’ button on the screen. This will guide you to solutions for common problems, or you can contact support directly.
