Our approach
We confirm times, build buffer windows, pack essentials (med list, water, continence supplies), and share updates with family if approved.
Safety first
We never rush transfers; weather and daylight are factored in. Acute illness, oxygen issues, or chest pain mean “no-go” and escalation.
