Water and balanced food keep energy, mood, and healing steady. Yet many seniors forget to drink or lose interest in meals. This module provides gentle reminders that turn hydration and nutrition into easy, daily habits.
Proper hydration sharpens memory and keeps blood pressure stable. Nutritious meals prevent weakness and dizziness. The assistant encourages colorful plates, small frequent snacks, and fluids that taste inviting.
Our approach
We use lighthearted voice cues and tracking charts to make eating and drinking enjoyable. The assistant learns each person’s rhythm—tea after a walk, soup at noon—and reinforces it kindly.
Safety first
We never diagnose or prescribe diets. If weight changes or swallowing becomes difficult, notify a doctor or dietitian. Our aim is steady nourishment and gentle encouragement every day.
